Terms of Service

Tevori is a shared household application for tracking inventory, maintaining a shopping list, scanning product barcodes, and saving, importing, and cooking recipes against household stock. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

The controlled beta is experimental, limited to invited households, and may contain defects, incomplete behavior, or material changes. There is no service-level agreement or guaranteed support/availability during the beta.

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence.

The product is designed for shared households. Content you add to a household (such as inventory, lists, and recipes) may be visible to and editable by other members of that household. Only invite people you trust with that access.

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload content you have no right to upload.
• Do not abuse recipe import or product lookup endpoints.

The controlled beta is free and requires no credit card. It does not become a paid subscription automatically. A later optional Tevori Pro checkout is planned at USD 5.99 per month or USD 49 per year, but paid billing remains unavailable until the stated launch gates are met and final price, currency, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund terms are shown immediately before purchase.

The beta lasts 42 days from the announced start date. A tester is activated only after joining an invited household, adding at least one inventory item, and either completing a shopping trip or completing a cooking flow with an inventory deduction during the beta.

Activated testers receive 90 days of Tevori Pro beginning at the beta end. The bonus needs no payment method, has a visible expiry date, does not renew automatically, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be revoked for abuse. Checkout is not offered during the free period until at most 14 days before expiry.

Imported recipes may be extracted automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for convenience only and are not professional, nutritional, medical, or food-safety advice. Review ingredients, quantities, allergens, and cooking instructions before saving or using an imported recipe.

Inventory dates, expiry estimates, storage suggestions, allergen information, nutrition data, and cooking guidance can be incomplete or wrong. Tevori does not determine whether food is safe to eat and does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or food-safety advice. Check packaging, official recalls, storage conditions, ingredients, cross-contamination risks, and appropriate cooking temperatures yourself. If in doubt, do not consume the food and seek qualified advice.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Tevorithe limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your household.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, abuse the limited beta, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Before a planned service closure we will take reasonable steps to provide an export opportunity where feasible. You can request export or deletion through the privacy contact; legal retention duties may apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Tevori and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered seat of the operator.
